Paper Submission Details

Camera Ready Copy (CRC) Preparation/Formatting Guidelines:

1. Every CRC will be subjected to the "similarity check" using IEEE CrossCheck and PAL. CRC that fail this check would be rejected.
2. Since the proceedings of DISCOVER will be published by IEEE CPP, the manuscript must strictly adhere to the standard IEEE two column format.

Before you create the PDF:

1. Please include the Copyright Notice to the bottom of the first page of your PDF.

• For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
• For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 978-1-5090-1623-5/16/$31.00 ©2016 Crown
• For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 978-1-5090-1623-5/16/$31.00 ©2016 European Union
• For all other papers the copyright notice is: 978-1-5090-1623-5/16/$31.00 ©2016 IEEE

2. Proofread your PDF thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.

CRC Submission Procedure:

1. Log into the IEEE PDF eXpress site here: http://www.pdf-express.org
2. If you are a new user - select the "New Users - Click Here" link.
3. Conference Id is: 37824X
4. Verify whether your PDF formatting is accepted, and if so, go ahead and submit it.
